Intel Sponsors of Tomorrow

Every day, Intel is working on the future.  To help share that idea with the world, agency Venables Bell & Partners crafted a worldwide campaign titled "Sponsors of Tomorrow", and they called on us to work with them in creating the campaign's website.

We devised an online world inspired by Intel's famous "clean rooms".  Users are introduced to Intel and their technologies through a world of 3D and video, each section of the site providing the user a unique experience.  In one section, users can share their ideas for the future and see what others around the globe have shared, both through the website and by way of text messages prompted by outdoor ads.  In another section, users can try their hand at suiting up for the Intel lab.  You can even play in a virtual wind tunnel.

With a worldwide audience to consider, the entire site is XML driven and is being launched in dozens of languages.  Even the 3D text is seamlessly dynamic, combining Papervision with rendered 3D sequences.  A low bandwidth version of the site was also created for users with slower connections.  Finally, the site is fully expandable, with new content under development.
