• Art Director

We’re looking for an Art Director to join our talented team. In this hands-on role, you’ll concept, design, and execute interactive experiences in web, mobile, motion, rich media, and supporting integrated materials.
  
  Responsibilities:

  • Design intelligent and engaging interactive experiences for a wide range of client types and target platforms.
  • Oversee and contribute to the production of your designs in all phases.
  • Contribute to creative concept development, individually and with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with and take direction from team directors in creative and client strategy.
  • Lead to inspire, sharing insight, tools, discoveries, and best practices with fellow team members.

  To be considered for this position you must have:

  • 4+ years of interactive design experience
  • A portfolio exemplary of your superior design and conceptual skills, multi-platform proficiency, and diversity of style.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and unforeseen circumstances.

• Back-End Dev

  In this position, you’ll:

  • Develop back-end solutions for data-driven executions in web, mobile, and emerging technology. Projects including but not limited to custom content management, front-end / Flash integration, e-commerce, and other complex builds.
  • Develop project architecture and database structure utilizing best practices in performance, stability and security.
  • Configure, manage, and tune LAMP servers for optimal project performance.
  • Seek to constantly innovate and maintain a broad knowledge of development principles, industry trends, and emerging ideas.
  • Contribute to concept development with multi-disciplinary teams.

  
  To be considered for this position you must have:

  • 4+ years of experience in web development.

  • Expert-level knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and the Linux command line. Knowledge of supporting technologies like memcache and APC a plus.
  • Expert-level knowledge of OOP, frameworks and design patterns.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Knowledge of node.js, Objective-C, Java (Android), Python, C# / .NET, ActionScript 3 and other languages are all pluses. Mobile app development experience preferred.

• Producer

We’re looking for a Producer to join our talented team and lead projects from acquisition through execution—delivering on time, on budget, and above expectations. As a primary liaison between our clients, our internal team, and our outside vendors, your role will encompass both project and account management.
  
  In this position, you’ll:

  • Work with business development team to create detailed project scope, schedule, and estimation documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the client throughout execution of the project.
  • Direct projects from start to completion, creating and overseeing short and long term goals for assigned team members and outside vendors.
  • Organize and promptly distribute project assets, client direction, and feedback; manage internal and client expectations as necessary.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of projects, assisting with basic UX/UI documentation.
  • Assist in the planning and trafficking of upcoming projects and team capacity.

• Tech Director

We're seeking a wizard-smart and motivated Technology Director to join our leadership team and help shape the future of the company.
  
  In this position, you'll:

  • Work with creative, production, and strategy leaders to concept, plan, and execute interactive projects through all life cycles.
  • Lead development teams in all aspects of project executions including requirements gathering, solution architecture, coding and QA.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact to clients and contractors, providing appropriate management of risks and expectations.
  • Define and manage paths for professional and personal growth for all developers.
  • Research new and emerging technologies, leading efforts to inspire and educate team members, and suggesting best-in-class solutions for projects.
  • Assist in project planning and pitching with timing and resource allocations, technical specifications, and scope of work documentation.
  • Define and maintain best practices in development, documentation, standards support, and QA.
  • Oversee client and internal technical systems, frameworks, and code libraries.

  
  To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Proven team management (2+ years) and lead development (3+ years) experience for interactive projects.
  • Expert level understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts and design.
  • Expert level understanding of system architecture.
  • Expert knowledge of development languages including PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ideally ActionScript 3. Knowledge of .NET, Objective-C, or iOS development a plus.
  • Experience in developing mobile websites and applications.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics (namely Google Analytics, Omniture).
  • Strong knowledge of Flash/Flex development and integration.
